Zerchers & More, 1-20-09 Tuesday

Zerchers - 3 sets x 10, #100

Military Presses - 3 sets x 20

Standing Barbell Curls - 3 sets x 10
Note: Fat Bar only - no plates

The presses and curls were very light to
increase blood flow to my arms to help
in recovery from tendonitis in my upper
left arm. Seemed to help.
