Standing Barbell Curls - 5 sets x 8-10

Revolving Handle DB Curls - 5 sets x 4-10

Note: I did super sets with the above 2 exercises.

Grippers - 4 singles w/ BB Master
2 attempts w/BB Super Master
3 attempts w/ RB 260N

Grip Machine - 3 sets x 10-15
3 sets of static holds

Rolling Thunder - 4 sets x 1 #105

Front Sledge Levering - 2 sets x 5

Pinch 2-25's - 2 sets x 1

Pinch 2-25's + 5 - Attempts = Failed

Finger Extensions - 2 sets x 50-25
