Cardio w/SledgeHammers

#8 Sledge - 20 swings x 3 sets

#20 Sledge - 20 swings x 3 sets

Note: After each set of swings I would put the sledge down
and do 20 step-ups on the tire. This would be 6 sets of step-ups.

Great Cardio workout!!!
