Jogged 1/2 mile, walked 1 minute.

1st half mile = 5:20

Jogged 1/2 mile, walked 1 minute.

2nd half mile = 5:22

Walked 1/4 mile for cool down.

Total time = 17:30

Max HR = 162

Body weight = 207 lbs.

Note: You can tell when you're cardio is getting better
my monitoring how quick your heart rate goes down from
your 80% max. My HR dropped 22 beats in 1 minute after
jogging 1/2 mile.
