GripBall DB Curls:

5 sets - 10 reps

GripBall DB Hammer Curls:

5 sets - 10 reps

2" DB Wrist Curls:

6 sets - 15-20 reps, 50 lbs.

Rear Levering w/5" Leverage Clubs:

5 sets - 20 reps

2 Handed Leverage Block Curls:

2 sets - 10 reps

Tricep Extensions w/DB:

3 sets - 10 reps, 50 lbs.

Tricep Extensions w/LifeLine Cables (Red):

5 sets - 10 reps

MS Gripper & RP Trainer:

5 sets - 3 reps, spring settings = medium hard
