Dead Lifts & Rows

Warm-up: Walked 15 minutes

Dead Lifts:

set 1 = 135 x 8

set 2 = 185 x 5

set 3 = 225 x 3

set 4 = 275 x 2

set 5 = 300 x 1

Bent Over Rows w/ 2" Axle:

3 sets x 10 @ 125 lbs.
