Dead Lifts, 4-26-09 Sunday

Walked 15 minutes to start light sweat.

Dead Lifts:

Warm-up = 135 x 10

Set 1 = 225 x 5

Set 2 = 295 x 2

Set 3 = 310 x 1 = *PR*

Set 4 = 225 x 6

Bent Over Rowing w/ 2" Axle = 3 sets x 10 @ 135
