Here's a 2 part video I did on a recent size goal I'm trying to accomplish with
my forearms. I'm trying to obtain 14" forearms and I've come up with this routine
that I've put on video for you.
My current forearm measurements are 13-1/4", straight and cold, right and left.
Hope you can benefit from this if you may be trying to achieve similar goals in
your forearm training!
