2 sets - 5 reps, 105.6 lbs.

Single Arm Bent Presses:

4 sets- 5 reps, 56 lbs.

Turkish Get-Ups:

3 sets- sinlges, 11 lbs. w/ 3" T-Ball

Two-Handed Pinch Curls:

3 sets- 8 reps, 16 lbs.

Card Tearing:

Tore 26 cards into 1/4's
Very Hard and taxing on grip.
Great hand strengthner.
