After doing my gripper routine I decided to play around
with some blobs and get a few DL singles in with my new 2"
DB I made.
Workout looked like this:
27.5 lb. Blob x 5 each hand
40 lb. Blob x 5 attempts each hand = No Lifts
Pinch Block Plate Curls = 3 sets x 10, 8, 6 @ 7.5 lbs.
2" DB = 5 singles, R&L @ 117 lbs.
