Events: Baseline Hand Grip Dynomometer, Saxon Bar Dead Lift, Sorinex Hub, Sorinex Hand Grenades

ABSOLUTELY No Alcohol during contest from contestants!

I'm going to try and plan a mini 1 hour training tips seminar either before or after the contest
given freely by myself. The focus will be on creating structure in your grip training programs!
