Ex-O-Wrist
I would like to introduce my followers and viewers to an exciting NEW training tool
I discovered from a man in Ohio by the name of Brian Foltz. The training tool is called the Ex-O-Wrist. Designed by a chiropractor and sold through the Ex-O-Wrist website.
Within a week or so I will do a video demonstration on my You Tube channel and link it here on my Blog. My You Tube Channel is listed to the left of this post under Links.
I will say that I have found this to be the PERFECT warm-up training tool prior to your gripper training. It thoroughly warms-up the fingers, hands, wrist, elbows, and shoulders prior to nearly any type of upper body training/conditioning!
The device only weighs 13 ounces. Slightly over 10 inches in length. The cone shaped handles taper from 1-7/8" down to 1-1/4". The tension is adjusted by the end piece that is shaped like a flat-blade screwdriver. Turning the end piece clockwise increases the tension which can be adjusted from barely nothing to impossible quickly! The plastic seems indestructible! Not flimsy at all! The friction device in the center is designed to last a lifetime with occasional maintenance such as wiping away any excess dust/debris if it becomes necessary.
I have found no training tool to date that warms-up my fingers, hands, forearms, elbows, and shoulders prior to gripper training than the Ex-O-Wrist!
The Ex-O-Wrist can also be used as a stand alone training device to strengthen and condition your upper body. You'll quickly see why when I do my video demonstration. Brian has come up with ways to use this wrist roller type device that are simply genius!!! You can see his video demonstration at his website by clicking on this Blog Post Title above.
You can see larger view by simply clicking on the pictures to enlarge. The picture with the gripper laid beside the Ex-O-Wrist is for an idea of it's relative size. The gripper pictured is a Gillingham High Performance, GHP, Level 10.
Stay tuned for my mini video review/demo!!!
